What is a Standard Cleaning?

During a Sudzy daily, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly cleaning, we perform the following:

All rooms: Dust picture frames, knickknacks, ceiling fans, lamps, furniture, woodwork, shelves, baseboards. Remove cobwebs. Vacuum carpets. Wash all floors and hard floors. Vacuum furniture, including under any cushions. Empty and clean ashtrays and wastebaskets.

Kitchen: Clean outside of appliances, cabinets, tables and chairs. Clean and sanitize sinks, countertops and backsplashes. Clean the range top, refrigerator top and refrigerator exterior. Clean inside and outside of microwave.

Bathrooms: Clean and sanitize showers, bathtubs, sinks, vanities, backsplashes and toilets. Clean mirrors. Polish chrome. Wash floors and tile walls. Deoderize.


Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with SudzHub cleaning service, contact us within one day of your service date and we will return to complete the job at no charge.


Do you provide cleaning supplies?

We provide all of the cleaning products and equipment. Our cleaning crews are trained on the products we carry so they are use efficiently, effectively, and most importantly safely. If you have a product or cleaning supply you prefer used in your home, please let us know. Most of our clients find it a relief not to have to buy cleaning products and store them in their home safely away from children and pets.


Do I have to be home during the cleaning?

You do not need to be home during the cleaning, unless that's your preference. We are happy to arrange an alternative method of entry if you plan to not be home during the cleaning.


How long will the cleaning take?

Every home is different and requires different services which directly impact the time we spend in your home. We will provide an estimate with our confirmation email.

Do you offer Extra Services?

We can sudz up almost anything. Some frequently requested items include: changing bed linen, doing laundry, changing HVAC filters.


Do you wash and fold laundry?

Yes, we may provide this service for an additional charge upon request. Keep in mind that laundry is a time consuming task, and much of the cost in related to the wait time; it might be more economical to use a laundry drop off service instead.

Do you change bedding?

Yes, we are happy to provide this service upon request. We ask that you leave clean sheets out and on top of the bed that requires changing.


Will the same crew be responsible for cleaning my home?

If you schedule a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly recurring service, you will have the same cleaning crew on the same day and time on a consistent basis. You may request a different day and time in advance if you wish.


Are you bonded and insured?

Yes, we are bonded, insured, and licensed by the state of Illinois.


How do I arrange payment for my cleaning Service?

We welcome cash, check, and major credit cards. Payment may be collected by the cleaning crew at the time of service.
